So not since about a year ago has this blog been about anything remotely Ballarat related. A name change is being considered, yet I have absolutely no idea what I should call it. I have had some brief thoughts on guidelines for a new name...
- I'm not putting my name in it in case I invite future contributions.
- Something "Australian"
- Something to reflect that this is a news/opinion blog (despite the occasional 'personal reflection' post)

Considering you are going to change your name and therefore probably your url, you may as well move to a better blogging software that you can make look nice and add heaps of functionality to. You know who to call if you want it to happen.

Simmo is a great Australian name.
Just 'cos your name is on it, doesn't mean you can't invite guest posters etc.
But what does all this say about the Ultimate scene in Ballarat? Is it not worth writing about these days?
Unfortunately yes. But once Southern Uni Games happens we'll be getting excited about AUG and things should spark up again.
